https://www.thebarbellsavesproject.org/I personally have decades of working with marginalized populations. I understand trauma and how to approach clients who are resistant to change. helping them feel seen and heard and truly meeting people where they are is key to the process. Being able to create and foster relationships, being authentic with my own health and wellness journey, showing them all that is possible for them.
We believe that nutrition and movement are the cure to the world’s most vexing problems. I want to arm my coaches and members with the best information around, and I believe that MetFix is the vehicle to achieve that goal.
