In 2003, he opened La Mesa Workout with a focus on personal training, evolving to become one of the first 300 CrossFit affiliates after the 2007 economic crash. Committed to serving his local community, Paul ensures his gym is a constant and reliable presence, offering mental well-being support and engaging in various community service initiatives. Facing challenges such as administrative tasks and meeting diverse member needs, Paul emphasizes open communication and proactive problem-solving to maintain a high standard of service. Seeking to be a MetFix Affiliate, he aims to stay at the forefront of fitness trends and provide his members with effective health and fitness solutions. With a wealth of experience and certifications in Olympic Lifting and conditioning coaching for high school football, Paul's biggest value to the MetFix community lies in his extensive knowledge and relatability, especially when working with specialty populations like youth athletes and senior citizens.
