https://futurebty.comMark Dankow's journey began as a dream and transformed into a reality through the CrossFit approach, marking a pivotal shift from his corporate career to pursuing his lifelong passion at the age of 38. Initially focused on training family and friends in the methodology, Mark's mission has since expanded over the course of 14 years to serve the wider community in their pursuit of becoming 'better than yesterday' through fitness and wellness, with a special emphasis on families training together and integrating sport into their routines. Dedicated to serving the local community, Mark's gym offers a FUTURECares scholarship for individuals seeking training without financial means, while also actively supporting charitable efforts such as Saint Matthew Food Pantry, Toys 4 Tots, Burpees 4 Vets, and The Bruce to raise awareness and give back. Despite facing challenges such as the gym shutdown in 2020, Mark and his team persevered by loaning out equipment to members, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity. With a strong belief in combating chronic disease and aligning with Coach Glassman's vision, Mark is eager to become a MetFix Affiliate to further integrate longevity and holistic well-being into his gym's offerings. As a MetFix Affiliate, Mark brings a wealth of experience serving over 1,100 athletes and families, catering to diverse populations such as kids, larger-bodied individuals, and seniors, backed by specialized training and certifications in CrossFit methodologies to enhance the community of affiliates
