119 Mustang Way, Merritt Island FL 32953 USA
Fernando Dominicis is on a mission to introduce people to the CrossFit methodology and foster a strong community within his facility. Starting his own gym was driven by his desire to share the physical, mental, and social benefits he experienced while serving in the military. Over the years, he has shifted focus towards helping individuals build confidence and comfort within themselves rather than solely on competitive fitness. Serving as an anchor in his local community, Fernando's gym hosts events, charities, and outreach initiatives to make a positive impact on others' lives. One of Fernando's biggest challenges has been emphasizing the importance of overall health, including nutrition and lifestyle habits, before high-intensity workouts. To address this, he has partnered with nutrition experts, implemented educational sessions, and continuously evolves his approach to prioritize health over intensity. With a passion for the core values of fitness and community, Fernando aims to become a MetFix Affiliate to reconnect with the foundational principles of CrossFit and work alongside like-minded individuals who share his beliefs. As an affiliate owner for over a decade and an active Firefighter/EMT, Fernando brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping people from all backgrounds. He values coach development and engagement, focusing on building strong relationships within his community. Fernando's dedication to serving specialty populations such as seniors, law enforcement, firefighters, nurses, and children reflects his inclusive approach to fitness and his desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
