As the CSA: Superintendent/Principal, Oxford Central School serves as the heart of our community, educating over 260 students and connecting with hundreds of families. We're uniquely positioned to create generational health change - when we improve a student's metabolic health, we impact their entire family system. Our school already provides nutrition education, physical activity programs, and health screenings. By integrating MetFix principles, we can transform from merely educating about health to actively creating metabolically healthy students who become ambassadors for wellness in their homes and community.
