Our Founders

Following the developed method of reversing and preventing chronic disease, these two have created and established a new way of science to save lifes.

Greg Glassman

Greg Glassman founded CrossFit and has taken that experience upstream. Glassman has improved on his methodology with a new emphasis on the biological mechanisms of health and disease, which is the basis of the MetFix curriculum. While also honing in on his efforts to educate our community on the tenets of science based in predictive value, which forms the basis for The Broken Science Initiative.

Emily Kaplan

As an expert in strategy and communication, Emily brings decades of experience as an entrepreneur and investigative journalist to these projects.  Together with Glassman, Kaplan helped develop the courses and content for Broken Science and MetFix into platforms designed to educate and improve the health of our communities.  Through diet, exercise and an education investigating where and how things went wrong she and the team are helping to change the narrative on healthcare.

Meet the team

Our world class team of fitness experts help evolve and improve upon our method and expand it to more people in order to end chronic disease and improve overall health.
