My fitness journey began on my back porch in Dry Prong, LA with a muscle fitness magazine. When I saw how people reacted to the physical changes and when I experienced feeling strong, I wanted to share it with others. Prior to that, the only reference to fitness in my life was some hillbilly prophet named Gary that came through our church and said I would be a “general in athletics”. I had no idea what that meant until CrossFit and the opportunities Coach had given us.
