- Seniors
My husband and I have evolved from 10 year affiliate owners to a new 5 year (newly de-affiliated CF) affiliate of solely seniors. Why? We ask ourselves that very question some days! lol. Probably because we’re getting older, we see a huge need, and we seem to be good at it. Our elder generations deserve the same energy we put into keeping younger people healthy, fit and motivated, and most of the time we see dumbed down, “just scaled” versions of a younger program without emphasis on the struggles seniors face like severe weakness, frailty, and trainers who are afraid to “push them”. They can produce the same excellent outcomes as young people if trained correctly. So we specialize in seniors. And love very crazy, chaotic minute.!
