I believe in the time honored principles that Greg Glassman as articulated via CrossFit over the past two decades. Through my involvement in his ad hoc doctors group at CFHQ in 2019-2020 I was inspired and motivated to creat Symbios Health on Hilton Head Island, incorporating Greg’s articulated principles into a fully integrated practice with a 5000 SF Functional Fitness facility for our patients, nutrition based on Tim Noakes’ Nutrition Network, world class physical therapy, primary care, women’s care, Direct Care and on site labs and medical aesthetics focusing on regenerative health. I need the easy access to the trusted resources of BSI, along with the encouragement and accountability from like minded leaders in my profession who know and proclaim the truth. My affiliation with BSI provides me truth, courage and power in this extraordinary time of medical information. It took me about 25 years of my 32 year practice to realize the misinformation of the industrialized sick care system based upon the food, insurance and pharmaceutical industry.

Providers are educated to be unwitting agents of this system and patients are indoctrinated to follow the advice and guidelines of this system in the false name of health.

Truth based information to lead us to live healthy, fit and beautiful lives! No one gets out of here alive, therefore I want to live each day to the fullest and lead others to do the same, as they desire!
