https://www.crossfitconductor.com/Our goal is to serve Lexington, Kentucky as a one-stop-shop for all things Health and Fitness. We want to be the #1 place for coaching, nutrition, fitness, recovery, and community. We are doing this through on-going coach’s education which in turn continually educates our members. Nutrition is our cornerstone, so it is woven into everything we do and is included with every membership. Kentucky routinely rates as one of the worst when it comes to health. We are one of the lifeboats in the sea of chronic disease.
