Owner 51 Bridges MetFix and 51 Bridges CrossFit CrossFit in Rockville, Indiana. My husband and I both were on a path to chronic disease in 2014. I was pre-diabetic and on metformin. My husband had been on blood pressure meds since he was 19. We were both 100# overweight, hopeless and getting sicker. Coach Glassman's methodology was the only thing that made sense, was doable long term and not only gave us the results we sought, but gave us a new lease on life, becoming coaches and then 3 years ago our own affiliate. We're here to help anyone willing to work hard to improve their life and their health.
