What initially started as a hobby with friends soon transformed into a profitable business with the opening of their CrossFit affiliate in 2007. Chris's mission to empower members through health and fitness has remained steadfast over the years, positively impacting the lives of military, first responders, and other community members. As a retired Navy veteran and current law enforcement officer, Chris prioritizes serving those who understand the importance of physical and mental preparation. Through their gym, Chris and his wife Meghan have created opportunities for members to become coaches, affiliate owners, and entrepreneurs. Beyond fitness, Chris's personal journey of healing and transformation has led him to become a certified psychedelic integration coach, guiding others on their healing paths. Navigating the challenges of building relationships and maintaining a supportive community, Chris has learned the value of connection and authenticity in helping individuals achieve lasting change. His desire to become a MetFix affiliate stems from a belief in the power of personal connection to drive transformation and sustainability in health and wellness. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to serving diverse populations, Chris brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to the fitness community.
