SinCity MetFix
I want to be a MetFix affiliate because Greg Glassman changed my life. I loved everything about CrossFit when he was running the show. It allowed me to have a positive impact on so many people. I am excited for big things to come with MetFix. I hope one day doctors will prescribe functional workouts and nutrition coaching at our gym, rather than medications. I want to keep finding new ways to educate others on how to fuel their bodies, how to attain and measure true fitness, and how it will improve their quality of life.
