MetFix Southtown
Dan Kachtik is a dedicated gym owner driven by a mission to help people lead healthy, full lives throughout their entire adulthood. His belief in the importance of maintaining a high level of fitness and health as a baseline for a fulfilling life led him to establish a community gym in the Southtown area of San Antonio with his wife, Janelle. Facing challenges such as sudden relocation due to a landlord's decision, Dan's determination and resilience shone through as he navigated the obstacles to rebuild the gym from the ground up on a new piece of land. His commitment to his members' well-being extends beyond the gym walls, emphasizing the importance of consistent effort and self-improvement both physically and nutritionally.
As a MetFix Affiliate, Dan is excited about the opportunity to align with a community that shares his values and vision for promoting lasting health and wellness. His success in fostering a loyal and enthusiastic gym community, coupled with his innovative approaches to training and nutrition, positions him as a valuable asset to the network of affiliates. With a focus on authenticity, trust, and genuine care for his members' best interests, Dan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. His dedication to continuous improvement and his willingness to explore cutting-edge approaches, such as monitoring blood sugar levels, showcase his commitment to evolving and enhancing the fitness experience for his community.
