I am the owner of CrossFit Cygnus and now Richmond MetFix in Richmond, KY. I am 47 years old, married 24 years with two beautiful daughters. I retired from the military in 2021 and opened CrossFit Cygnus and what began as a hobby became a full-fledged business, and now with my MetFix affiliation, a mission to help folks in my area become healthier and avoid chronic diseases.
