Beef and Cauliflower Shepherd’s "Pie"
Steven Bartlett sharing harmful health misinformation in Diary of CEO podcast

Run 5k
A twist on classic Shepherds pie without mashed potatoes.
As reported by the BBC, Bartlett’s podcast “is amplifying harmful health misinformation on his number-one ranked podcast.”
While not the highest power output workout in the MetFix arsenal, the real world application of moving yourself from Point A, to a distant Point B makes the 5K an invaluable test.
Interestingly, for a person of average height, the distance to the visible horizon is roughly 4.8km, making the length of this run about "as far as you can see."

Got 27.25 miles with 4:39.44 of running. Stopped there, just after 5:15pm, or so. Averaged 180 cadence (Pulls/minute), using metronome. 26.2 miles in 4:21.12 (2:46 faster than when I did the LA Marathon on 3/9/2014 and cramped calves at mile 14). Earplugs in the whole time, went shirtless from mile 12 on. Average heart rate 160 beats/minute. Maintained nasal inhale 4 beats/nasal exhale 4 beats for the majority of the time. Made pit stops for different combos of water and electrolytes, taking off/putting on articles of clothing, and eating some food at miles 6, 12, 18, 21, and 24.
