Greg Glassman’s CrossFit methodology gave us the tools to help save ourselves and we felt a genuine desire to help other people make positive life changes through diet and exercise. We personally saw and experienced the problems in our country’s healthcare system and wanted to be part of the solution. While we have expanded our gym, developed as coaches, grown as people, and gained a deeper understanding of our community, our mission has stayed consistent over the last 12 years: save and change lives by educating people on how to move and fuel their bodies and build a community that serves as a support system for this lifestyle.
