HI! My name is Mabel and I'm a CrossFit Level-2 instructor and operational manager at CrossFit Glynco in coastal Georgia. I played 10+ years of competitive soccer which only further fueled my passion once I dove into CrossFit in 2021. My parents own the affiliate at which I run and we have always admired the knowledge the path of honesty that Greg has taken since before 2020. In a world clouded by misinformation, MetFix is a refreshingly truthful program. Fitness programs can only bring you so far, and MetFix is the obvious next step towards furthering my personal growth in the health and wellness field.
