The ingredients and structure in today's workout look and smell a lot like Cindy—a bodyweight pull, press, and squat, broken into small sets and repeated for multiple rounds. Note though that there is far less volume, about half as much for most of us, and there is an emphasis put on strict. So don't over scale this and miss the change to develop strict pulling and pressing strength. Struggling to get through the sets of 10 is ok today.

If you can crack off all five rounds of the pull-ups and dips unbroken, consider adding more reps per round, or additional rounds.

Post time to comments.

Ingredients

5 oz chicken thighs (thinly sliced)
¼ cup snow peas
1 Tbsp red chili (finely chopped)
¼ cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
¼ Tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup carrot (julienned)
¼ cup bean sprouts
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 Tbsp lemongrass (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
1 lime wedge (for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook the chicken: Heat the coconut oil (¼ Tbsp) in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken thighs (5 oz) and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the aromatics: In the same skillet, add the lemongrass (1 Tbsp), ginger (1 tsp), and red chili (1 Tbsp.)  Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the vegetables: Toss in the snow peas (¼ cup) and julienned carrots (¼ cup.)   Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Add coconut milk: Pour in the coconut milk (¼ cup) and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Finish the stir-fry: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, along with the bean sprouts (¼ cup.)  Toss everything together until well coated in the coconut milk sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Serve: Plate the stir-fry and garnish with fresh cilantro (1 Tbsp) and a squeeze of lime. Serve warm.

Tips: For extra spice, increase the amount of red chili or add a pinch of chili flakes.  For the lemongrass preparation, make sure to finely chop or mince the lemongrass, using only the tender inner stalk to avoid toughness.

Similar to right-to-repair issues in the technology hardware and agricultural equipment industries (like those involving John Deere), the automobile repair industry is undergoing significant changes as vehicles become increasingly complex. Many repairs now require specialized equipment, often necessitating access to subscription-based software controlled by vehicle manufacturers.

“New cars now feature ‘gateway computers’ — secure systems that manage everything from the vehicle’s engine to safety features, preventing unauthorized access. Fixing a car’s systems requires special tools to enter the gateway.”
