Preparation
Prepare the filling: Heat the butter (1 Tbsp) in a pan over medium heat and sauté the diced red onion (2 Tbsp) and minced garlic (½ tsp) until softened. Add the ground turkey (3 oz) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Stir in the diced red bell pepper (¼), cooking for another 2-3 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare the sauce: Remove from heat and mix in the chopped cilantro (1 Tbsp) and cream cheese (2 Tbsp) until the mixture is creamy and well-combined.
Make the wraps: Spoon the turkey mixture into the red cabbage leaves and wrap them tightly. Serve the wraps warm, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
Retractions, resignations, and lawsuits have become commonplace within academic science over the last few years. Researchers falsifying data, plagiarizing others, etc., only to be caught and bring shame to their institution.
Are these scandals rare occurrences, or just the few that happen to get caught? Knowing what exactly constitutes scientific misconduct helps to answer this question, and sheds light on when and how researchers are crossing the line.
