If possible, perform the L-sits on the ground.

Each round accumulate the total time prescribed for each hold, even if it takes multiple sets. Time spent resting between sets does not count towards the minute(s).

Post time to comments.

6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp butter or coconut oil
1 egg
¼ cup shredded cabbage or spiralized zucchini (optional, for texture)

Preparation

Make the sauce: Whisk soy sauce (1 Tbsp), fish sauce (1 tsp), lime juice (1 tsp), chili flakes (¼ tsp), and peanut butter (1 tsp) until smooth. Add water (1–2 tsp, optional) if needed to thin. Set aside.

Cook the egg: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Scramble the egg (1 egg) in a little butter or oil (from the 1 Tbsp total) until just set. Remove and set aside.

Cook the shrimp: In the same pan, add butter or coconut oil (remaining from the 1 Tbsp). Sauté garlic (1 tsp) and ginger (½ tsp) for 30 seconds, then add shrimp (6 oz). Cook 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.

Stir-fry veggies: Add cabbage or zucchini (¼ cup, if using) and red bell pepper (¼ cup). Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until just tender.

Combine: Return shrimp (6 oz) and egg (1 egg) to the skillet. Pour in sauce (entire mixture) and toss to coat. Stir in scallions (2 Tbsp).

Serve: Plate and top with crushed peanuts (2 Tbsp), lime zest (1 tsp), and chopped cilantro (1 tsp). Serve with a lime wedge (1 wedge).

This marks the first time since at least the 1940s that Harvard has taken such action against a tenured faculty member. The investigation, initiated after concerns were raised by the Data Colada blog in 2021, concluded that Gino manipulated data in at least four studies published between 2012 and 2020.

Modifications: knee raised sits from parallettes. Handstand holds with wall support.

Time: 41:37

Notes: discipline around patience in resting shoulder fatigue dictates total time. Progress is probably having a strategy for this from the start.

Makes me wonder if it's going to be easier from now on to get rid of teachers who are not doing their part
