Preparation

Heat butter or tallow (1 Tbsp) in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion (1 small) and sauté until translucent, about 4–5 minutes. Add minced garlic (2 cloves) and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add ground lamb (1 lb), cinnamon (1 tsp), allspice (½ tsp), salt (½ tsp), and pepper (½ tsp). Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.

While the lamb cooks, mix Greek yogurt (½ cup), chopped mint (2 Tbsp), lemon juice (1 tsp), and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.

To serve, spoon the spiced lamb mixture into butter lettuce leaves (8–10), drizzle with mint-yogurt sauce, and fold wraps.

This trend is mirrored in the U.S., where stricter return-to-office policies are colliding with workers’ desire for flexibility and wellness. Even perks like corporate gyms may not offset the loss of autonomy, as employees increasingly expect fitness and mental health to be integrated into workplace culture.
