Since retiring I am spending time on what I am passionate about, health and wellness of the community I serve. Metfix came at the perfect time. I hear so many stories from neighbors and friends that are "wise" like me regarding their experiences with doctors and hospitals. I want to help educate and change that relationship with food and our health.
