As a MetFix Affiliate we are continuing, broadening, and deepening the mission of educating people in not only nutrition and exercise, but also science and philosophy. I decided to become a gym owner by joining the movement that I saw was progressing, by quitting my job (where the environment and people felt stagnant and even regressing, respectively) and going all-in on my current mission back in 2017.
