I am a registered nurse for over 16 years. My found passion has been metabolic health and low carb living. I am fascinated with learning the misinformation that is out there to be able to teach outside the dogma. I want to be able to pass this information along within my private practice.

Public Health Nurse, and Self Employed Entrepreneur
Stanislaus County, CA Public Health, Private Practice at Insulin FIT Consulting
My 15 year career so far as an RN has included 12 years of Critical Care in CCU/CVICU in the hospital and Critical Care Transports on an ambulance and then a helicopter. I then switched to Public Health which is my current role. I am also studying to be a Board Certified Nurse Coach. This will be complete in May 2025. As a Nurse Coach I can have my own practice. I want to specialize in nutrition and prevent/reverse chronic disease. I have reversed my own pre diabetes with nutrition.

I am an RN.
Metabolic Health
None at the moment.
It has been overtaken by big food and big pharmaceutical companies. I feel that the research is biased because most all of it is funded by these two entities. Our doctors are not educated in nutrition to reverse and or treat chronic disease due to Medical Schools being given funds from these entities to then place their agenda within the curriculum.
To be truly focused on preventative care.
I love that BSI is exposing the flawed science that is out there. I am grateful to be a part of this.
I want to help educate individuals that you can treat, prevent and/or reverse chronic disease starting with nutrition and icing it with functional movement.
