https://mysymbios.comI have been inspired by the work of Greg Glassman at CrossFit, and now at BSI with Emily Kaplan. Through my previous involvement with CF and CF Health, I developed a vision to convert my traditional medical practice of thirty-plus years into a fully integrated service, built on the foundation of low-carb nutrition, functional fitness, and regenerative medicine. I left corporate medicine after thirty years to create Symbios®? Health, to put into practice all that I have learned from Greg Glassman, 30 plus years of the failed sick care model, and many of the great physicians, scientists, nutritionists, investigative journalists, and others brought together through CF Health when Greg and Karen led it (and now BSI). I, along with my fifty-plus employees, leverage our services with our huge patient base to educate them on the perils of metabolic disease and provide them with the cure and solution through our internationally renowned nutrition program based on low-carb nutrition and our world-class functional fitness program based upon the CrossFit methodology.
