https://www.battle-mountain-crossfit.comAlmost everything my wife and I learned about fitness and nutrition before 2007 was wrong. Ginger got her Masters of Science in Human Nutrition (cum laude, University of Bridgeport) in 2020 and grit her teeth while regurgitating unsupported and/or false information to pass her final exam. We've been inspired by the culture Greg Glassman fostered in CrossFit which emphasized mutual support and individual accountability. We've both spread the knowledge that CrossFit Health's articles and lectures have given us and we know that the resultant ripple effect from paying it forward has been significant. The impact of empowering others with the confidence to take responsibility for their own health is irreversible. Once they see it, they can't unsee it. Ginger and I both feel that we now have a very critical time window to get the message out to the broader population and want to be part of the most effective effort to educate others.
