I served in the USAF for 30 years and now retired from that, my wife Karen and I are serial entrepreneurs. Our CrossFit gym was a former beer drive through building that had been closed and in disrepair for 8 years. It has become a turning point for the neighborhood. Just like what is happening inside the walls of the building.
